Tuna Egg Mayo Baguette

Tuna Egg Mayo Baguette for tea time...

Ingredients:

1 loaf French Loaf/Baguette (Sliced)
1 can Tuna (drained)
4 hard-boiled Egg (peeled & chopped)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
-  In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, eggs, onion and mayo.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. 
-  Place 1 tbsp of the mixture onto 1 slice of baguette.  Top with remaining slices of bread.
