Pumpkin Sweet Dessert

Yummy pumpkin dessert, James loves it...

Ingredients:
Pumpkin
Water
Evaporated Milk (Coconut Milk)
Rock Sugar
Salt
Sago

Direction:
- Clean sago, cook in water till transparent.  Drain and set aside
- Peel pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam till soft
- Blend pumpkin and water into puree
- Add pumpkin mix, evaporated milk, sugar and salt to pot and bring to boil
- Add sago to the mix

Valentine's Day 2012

Valentine's Day, no more celebrating 2 of us, this year it fall on Tuesday, after picking up Ian from school.  Thereafter, we had our "romantic" dinner at Riverside Grill & Bar.  The restaurant were full of pink and lilac "Love" balloons.  The kids love it so much, especially Ian, he loves the place and the food.

There're free gifts, a angel "Love" stick & 2 little teddy bears.
