Black Pepper Roasted Chicken

I used DeliChief black pepper seasoning mix to marinate the chicken for at least 3 hrs in a glass bowl, then roasted it in oven for 45 mins. Thumbs up!

There's no piano class for Ian, so we had our breakfast at Kim Gary, Mid Valley. Thereafter, proceeded to Lego shop to buy Ian's birthday present.

Computer Holiday Program 2012
Ian's attending the computer holiday program called "Tux Paint", it's a drawing program for children ages 3 to 12 (preschool to K-6). It combines an easy-to-use interface, fun sound effects and an encouraging cartoon mascot who guides children as they use the program.

Tuna Egg Mayo Baguette
Tuna Egg Mayo Baguette for tea time...
Ingredients:
1 loaf French Loaf/Baguette (Sliced)
1 can Tuna (drained)
4 hard-boiled Egg (peeled & chopped)
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped Onion
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir together tuna, eggs, onion and mayo. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place 1 tbsp of the mixture onto 1 slice of baguette. Top with remaining slices of bread.

Mini MTV
Bought a voucher from Groupon value @ RM68 for 6 pax at Aroma Thai Restaurant, Kota Damansara. After having dinner, sis brought us to have a ride on the mini MTV at SSTwo Mall.

they actually make me "fit" or not is in question but I bought it
