Christmas Special

Children Library was having a Christmas-themed library day on Dec 21st (Saturday) which includes craft, cookies decoration and light lunch.  This program is suitable for children aged 3 to 8 years old.  

Theresa & I managed to register for our kids, RM10 each child.

Southside Futsal Christmas Party

The Southside Futsal team had their Christmas & farewell party on 14 December 2013.  First was futsal obstacles test among all the players, followed by prizes and farewell gift given 

Thereafter, the team enjoyed Christmas exchange gifts and delicious lunch.

A great afternoon had by all and a big thanks to Mike and Ina for organising the event!

Orang Asli Village

We visited a Church at Orang Asli village in Kampung Bukit Bangkong.

Thank you to Tony & family and their CG team for organising this wonderful time of fellowship event on 15 December 2013, as well as worshiping together.  We enjoyed a great time during the visiting and certainly learned a lot.

These Orang Asli were blessed with songs, drama, testimonies, foods and gifts.

Futsal Tournament 2013

Futsal Tournament organised by Southside Futsal with AISM, NEXUS and CHIN...

RMAF Museum

We took the kids to the RMAF Museum to check out the old planes and helicopters on display.

This is located at Jalan Lapangan Terbang Lama, open daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm except Fridays.  Admission is FREE.

Ian and Ryan had fun just climbing around and pretending they’re pilot.  We’re there for about an hour, all planes were lack of maintenance, but I think it’s made the two boys happy.

Set Up Christmas Tree

I was lazy to set up the Christmas tree, the 2 little boys insisted to set it up and I told them I won't be doing it.  Surprisingly, they can do it!

At the same time, take this opportunity to remind them that Christmas is not about Christmas tree or the presents under the tree, Christmas is about JESUS...

Bid Bad Wolf 2013

The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale is back!  This year, still the same, there'll be non-stop shopping starts at 7am till 9pm on 15 Dec at MIECC.  I did not get the preview pass, as usual, hubby & I went on the first day and not to be surprised for the massive crowds.  We did not bring our luggage bag, just the Ikea recycle bags, reason is not to buy so many. And it's really a good place to grab for Christmas gifts.

Then, we brought the kids to buy their favourite books on the 8 Dec, Sun...
Em, they're looking for superhero comic books, I think boy likes that and this cute Ryan, wanted to sit down and read, we told him no chair here.  Guess what, he found a box and sat on???
