Pumpkin
Water
Evaporated Milk (Coconut Milk)
Rock Sugar
Salt
Sago
Direction:
- Clean sago, cook in water till transparent. Drain and set aside
- Peel pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam till soft
- Blend pumpkin and water into puree
- Add pumpkin mix, evaporated milk, sugar and salt to pot and bring to boil
- Add sago to the mix
