Europa OvenMate Pro

I had been using Delonghi oven for 7 years, after baking the CNY cookies, it was broken down.  I used to bake bread for family, 3 loaf weekly, so gotta replace a new one quickly.

I bought an Europa OvenMate Pro oven, luckily it can be fitted into my built in kitchen cabinet.  Superthanks to mama Catherine for recommending it.  I was looking through the reviews and an ad in The Star paper, mostly good reviews...

1 Student 1 Plant

Ian's homeschool practiced 1 student 1 plant, to be placed it in the class room.  So I considered houseplants, keep air pure.  Normally palms, English ivy, ferns, mums and similar plants remove up to 87 percent of indoor pollutants.

We brought him to a nursery, he's chosen a plant called Compacta.  Compacta is similar to Janet Craig but much smaller, it's slow growing and very durable.

Birthday Cupcakes

My 2 little monsters wanted to bake some cupcakes for my birthday, ended up I have to clean up all the mess... :(  Anyway, thank you darlings...

After all, it is pretty much “just” measuring and mixing.  Great for them to learn about numbers and following instructions.  This time, Ian is able to weigh the flour, sugar, cutting the strawberries and decorate the cupcakes.  Besides, they really ADORE breaking eggs!
